Formation en déontologie à partir de décisions du Conseil de discipline de l’OPQ

Projet de loi 118: plus d’encadrement pour les laboratoires
Pendant deux jours, la Commission de la santé et des services sociaux s'est réunie pour discuter du projet de loi 118 qui permettra d’encadrer plusieurs services allant des tests en laboratoire, aux orthèses et prothèses, en passant par les échographies et examens sur l’apnée du sommeil quand ils sont effectués hors des établissements de santé. - 25/01/2017

Les médecins se plaignent souvent de faire les frais d’une couverture médiatique à leur désavantage. Code de déontologie: entrée en vigueur de deux articles sur les frais accessoires
Le 26 janvier marque l’abolition des frais accessoires, mais cette date marque aussi l’entrée en vigueur des articles 73(1) et 79 du Code de déontologie des médecins, qui portent sur ces mêmes frais. Certains se demanderont pourquoi appliquer de telles dispositions puisque les frais accessoires sont abolis. Or elles ne seront pas caduques pour autant… - 25/01/2017

Les médecins qui choisiraient de défier la loi et d'imposer des frais pour des services gratuits à compter de jeudi s'exposeront à des sanctions, a prévenu mercredi le ministre de la Santé, Gaétan Barrette.
