Rémunération des médecins: l’IRIS appelle au salariat dans les établissements publics
Selon l’IRIS, une des solutions pour préserver la pérennité du système de santé est de réduire la rémunération des médecins afin qu’elle ne représente pas plus de trois ou quatre fois celle des autres travailleurs. Cela permettrait à l’État de récupérer entre 4,3 et 5 milliards $ qu’il serait alors possible d’utiliser pour améliorer les soins et l’accès aux soins.
