GlaxoSmithKline Inc. procède au rappel d’un lot d'inhalateurs
GlaxoSmithKline Inc. a avisé Santé Canada qu’elle procédait au rappel volontaire d’un lot d’inhalateurs Ventolin Diskus (lot 786G). La compagnie pharmaceutique a en effet décelé un problème de fabrication associé à ce lot qui pourrait empêcher certains inhalateurs de libérer la dose complète, et ce, sans que l'utilisateur ne s'en rendre compte.
