Traitement du diabète de type 1: d’importantes lacunes dans la transition des soins pédiatriques aux soins pour adultes
Une nouvelle étude de l’Institut de recherche du Centre universitaire de santé McGill démontre qu’il est nécessaire «de développer et d’évaluer à plusieurs niveaux des interventions ciblées» pour améliorer le processus de transition chez les jeunes adultes atteints de maladies chroniques, comme le diabète de type 1.
