Étude: confier la vente de cannabis à une société d'État rattachée au MSSS
Une étude conclut que le cannabis, lorsqu'il sera légalisé, ne devrait pas être vendu par des entreprises privées, mais bien par une société d'État qui relèverait du ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux.
