Déprescription de médicaments inappropriés: l’intervention des pharmaciens est significativement positive
Une étude réalisée par des chercheurs québécois montre que les conseils prodigués par des pharmaciens à des personnes âgées permettent de réduire significativement l’utilisation de médicaments inappropriés.
