Deux nouvelles maladies neurodéveloppementales sont identifiées au Québec
Les patients atteints de la première maladie sont porteurs de mutations récessives (qui touchent les deux copies du gène ACTLB6) et souffrent d'épilepsie et de troubles neurodéveloppementaux. Chez les patients atteints de la deuxième maladie, une seule copie du gène était mutée; ils ont également des troubles neurodéveloppementaux, mais ne souffrent pas d'épilepsie. - 25/04/2019
