Lors d’une pandémie, les femmes victimes d'abus peuvent être contraints de vivre avec un partenaire violent, sans ressources extérieures ni service à leur disposition. Le système de la santé fait un pas de plus vers le numérique. Dès janvier, les médecins rémunérés à l’acte recevront leur état de compte par messagerie sécurisée plutôt que par la poste.
